2nd Floor Addition and complete renovation.  We completely gutted this house the only to stay was the front porch, the first floor joist, and most of the first floor exterior walls.  The second floor addition required the we added 7 extra 30"x30" footing and piers under the house to support the additional load.  After that we removed the roof and completed the re-arranging of falls on the first floor.  After the first floor walls were set we were able to add the 2nd Floor and complete the walls and roof for the 2nd floor.  We installed Anderson 400 series windows and doors, and sided the outside with Certainteed Cedar Impressions on the front face with double 4 monogram siding on the rest of the house.
